In the limited time I would suggest some ideas and a small facet of the question so hoping the jury from Mazars could have a brief glance at my report.
First of all, I tend to “human rights” definition, just from my point of view.
Some claim that human rights have been clearly defined under international and every national law. However, an important aspect of human rights concerned is human beings need of those rights, on the other hand, could be simply known as the need to live and to pursue happiness.
It is often taken for granted that during the period of war, in particular World War II or colony wars, the basic human needs are only food, shelter, clothing or safety. Following the development of modern civilization, the humans’ needs are in progress so as to become increasingly advanced. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs seems to be a widespread recognition for such revolution.From this tower, self – actualization is possibly characterized as the highest human need, which means that the main target of promotion strategy nowadays is to satisfy these needs of potential customers. Nike, admittedly, would be seen as an outstanding example because it has already manipulated its consumer into using Nike’s sneakers. Furthermore, this brand has also encouraged target customers to think that possession of Nike’s products is a good way of self – assertion. Consequently, these customers became its loyal friends and fixed benefits.
Overall, human rights in term of economy should be relatively viewed as the highest human beings need in reality.
Finally, how the human need mentioned should be combined with contemporary company strategies appears to be extremely crucial.
The possible key success factors of a strategy are apparently both customers and employees. Obviously, every services and strategies frequently aim to satisfy their customer whilst the staff of company, who, perhaps, might also become future customer, is directly the representative of organization.
From the perspective of employees, the company should create a proactive and competitive environment for workers. In other words, there may be some competition in every quarter, year or project because this positive approach is more likely to motivate almost all staff members, wanting to present themselves and to find a promotion, to work more efficiently.
Maybe, we may reconsider and innovate the traditional recruitment way of company, Namely Facebook. Mark Elliot Zuckerberg, founder and president of this famous social network website, has invited variety of hackers who could break the firewall of Facebook. Recognized truly and used for right purposes, such hackers are prone to enormously contribute to the development of company.
Besides, how the workers have thought about their employer could be taken into account. Should working conditions be comfortable without exploitation nor bosses, in some circumstances, reduce the pecking order in company, the employees would remain faithful and devote themselves to the organization. Perhaps, when the workers suffer from personal hardship, just an email from manager could help them have motivation to overcome. This way possibly builds up the loyalty of employees.
As far as customer is concerned, the company ought to enable customers to work together by asking them how they want to be served or letting them participate in process. These custom – made services allow the consumers to feel more self – confident and fascinating. This measure could contribute to loyalty of customer. For instance, some restaurants in Viet Nam often let people make choices between already – made grilled beef and beef grilled by themselves. This way could offer the diners more options.
Once people’s self – actualization need could be fulfilled, they will be promoted with more inspiration and satisfaction. The employees are liable to actively cooperate with each other in the project. Moreover, the customers who authorized to opt and directly involve in process might feel far more satisfied and comfortable because the highest need of them was recognized.
